Huge cost hike by sovereign
Q: Got a letter from sovereign about a huge cost hike for the apartment. If others are also getting same kind of letters ?

Hello friends, Nothing to panic and worry. Builders have no right to ask for additional money. First step to counter them is to be part of an association. Then we need to approach consumer forum where things will move on fast track and rules are strict in favour of consumers. Lets all meet together on sunday 10.30AM at Kasturinagar as SUAAWA has organized meeting, register ourselves in the association and discuss. Looking forward to meet you all
Hi Chandra, Like you all people I have also received the same letter. I am in the process of joining SUAAWA but I am based in Pune so will not be able to attend the meetings scheduled by SUAAWA.
