why is the project in kalyan taking so long.
Q: why is the project in kalyan taking so long. they dont give clear answer. always asking to make payments. making excuses all the time. the mulund office says to get in touch with kalyan office. is the company going bust. or are they taking people for a long ride

You should first check if your builder is a part of The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) or something similar. They usually have a Code of Conduct by which they solve most disputes. If it doesn't work then you should go to the relevant Consumer Court.
