Is Coimbatore the hottest tier II destination for real estate destination?
Q: Hi, I m from Chennai and wondering if I should invest in a plot in Coimbatore.Kindly help me understand the future aspects of investing in Coimbatore?

Coimbatore is definitely one of the rising stars in the Indian realty market. Because of its close proximity of Chennai and Kochi, the city is slowly turning into an important IT hub in South India. Add to it the city’s high literacy rate more and more multi-nationals are migrating to Coimbatore. Since you are living in Chennai, your plan of buying a plot in Coimbatore can offer you not only great monetary benefits but can also act as a good retirement cushion in your old age. Plot availability in Coimbatore is easier compared to Chennai and other cities and since big builders are slowly setting up their hold in Coimbatore, so you should try and get your plot sooner rather than later.
