Hi, I saw white rose layout in whitefield recently.
Q: Though it looks good, there is no construction in the layout. Are there any legal issues for this layout? Also there seems to be no amenities & as per understanding there will not be approval from BBMP if there are no amenities provided by the developer. Can any one help on this?

Latest Answer: Any update on this. I have also planned to buy a plot in this layout. but property looks crazy and scary.
