Dear All, I am planning to book an a 3bhk in this project. They are asking for Rs.3850/- per sqft, which i feel is v high for this project. As per the construction and the locality is should be between 3300 to 3500 max. Please any suggestions about legal/documentations would help a lot. Regards Vishal
