Does any one have idea about sukhwani's scarlet .
Q: About sukhwani's scarlet m Wagholi. Does any one have idea about sukhwani's scarlet . I have visited the site seems good. just got to know that there is environmental clearance issue and having water issue. can any one suggest me on the same.

They quoted me about 3500/- spf.

Hey Mr Kulkarni, Rate is around Rs 3510 per sqft/Sq Ft : 3510 of area ranging from 930-980 Sq Ft. Neeraj, Possession is said to be given by Dec 2014.. Cost is around Rs 38-41 lakh including all the chagres.
they told me they will provide us possession by apr- May 2014.
