hi, I had booked unit in Princeton floor
Q: the project is already delayed. The builder has issued letter of possession on 28th aug 2012 but the units are nowhere close to completion. The possession letters were issued even though the basic infrastructure, such as approach roads, sewage system, electrical connections and water supply system, were not in place. People who have purchased units in princeton floor, pls share your views on this incomplete project & possession letter issued. we can form a union and take legal action against the builders. Latest Answer: I think you should take legal help and file a case against the builder . Carry all you valuable documents and also the reciept of booking.
