Q: I am looking for a 3 bhk flat preferably south, south east or south west facing within 35 Lacs. Can anyone give me any info of availability in Genexx Valley? I want to shift in less than a year.

Hi Amrita..Shri Bhumi Apartments is offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The apartment price starts from Rs 16 lakh. The project is expected to get completed in Dec 2014
Can I know the /sq feet rate of 3 bhk flats here?
