Dheeraj realty is a cheat/fraudster company ..DO NOT invest your hard money in its projects... - 2 years no construction 10 % money already took.. No professional ethics : arbitarily increased cost from what was promised at booking. - Demands parking chages in Black. - No proper Approvals neither by govt. nor banks - Asks you to loan from DHFL at higher rates. - Clause in agreement against India govt. laws/ BE AWARE ... DO NOT INVEST IN DHEERAJ REALTY PROJECTs ... BIG CHEATERS...FRAUDSTERS ...NO PROFESSIONALISM..
