Q: I understand Sai Builders and Developers have some unreleased plots for sale near Varathur in a gated community. Is it advisable to buy unreleased plots? Also if we buy plots near the entrance to the community will it have more value?

Latest Answer: First make sure the plot that you buy is released and all the relevant documents are available. Only if the plot is released, you will get bank loan. You can also buy unreleased plots if you get a good deal and developer is good.
