This is in welfare of all those who are looking for rented houses in Sispal Vihar
Q: I highly recommend you not to take houses in this society. The quality of construction in this society is very poor. Every time your some or the other electrical, sanitary pipelines, valves, switches etc will be in breakdown. They will charge you heavy maintenance charges but with worst services. You will never get electrician or plumber on time and you have to follow up infinite times. The biggest nightmare is dealing with society administrative team. They will speak with you like you are their servants and specially their VP named some Rathi is one of the worst person on this earth. He abuses tenants like dogs. Many times police have to come to this society due to all these issues of society members. In addition they will charge you hefty amounts at the time of entering and vacating for nothing.

Best Society to live in Gurgaon.
Q: Best managed society which had some issues earlier but resolved now, great connectivity and support available in the society.

From 2009 onwards there were teething issues like any society with Support infrastructure like Electricity, water and other issues. The RWA was also not effective. But the Society has come a long way since then and most issues are resolved. The RWA is one of the most effective with lowest Maint charges and best services. Rentals too have gone up from under 20K to nearly over 35K depending on amenities one provides.
