Pragathi Royale 2 - HSV
Q: Hi all, I have been enquiring about few properties in Electronic city and that's when i came across Pragathi Royale 2 where the builder promises high deliverables at a decent cost of Rs.3050 including all amenities for a 2BHK. The property is also approved by Panchayat and not BDA or BBMP. I was wondering if this approval is valid or not. Pl provide your suggestions on the same and would appreciate if you could share your experiences with this builder. Cheers! Brokers/Dealers/Agents Excuse.

URGENT- I am in a mode of booking Pragathi Royale 2. Can any one tell me at this stage if there is anything wrong with this project? Cant find a lot about this builder online.
