Information about Ramky One North Phase 2
Q: Is there a concern of railway track running close to the property?also any idea if the phase-2 has received approvals from BDA?

Hi, They have got BDA approval for phase2, but as they say there will be no BBMP khata rather panchayat khata. As they say, there is no need for BBMP approval. Has anybody seen BDA plan for phase2 ? There are different tower numbering versus BDA plan numbering in C blcok. In BDA plan it is C1, C2, C3 but they are defining it as C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C6. Can it be a problem as it differs from plan? Thanks
Also the ground floor plan as per BDA approval and marketing plan differ. In BDA approved plan there is no balcony for ground floor flats but there is balcony as per the marketing plan.
