i would like to buy DDA flat in Loknayak Puram (Bakkarwala). Could you please advice the forcast for the development and pice hike?

Mr Pranjal, I recently bought a flat at B-1 Block, which has an effective RWA. The maintenance charges for those living in those flats is Rs.250/ Otherwise,it is Rs.100/- for vacant flats. The overall location of Pocket B-1 at is centrally located. U can have a look before u make the purchase on re-sale
