I am interested in a flat in Suncity apartments.
Q: However, during my research online, i found that the residents association has been facing a lot of problems with the builder, like illegal usage of the property, Builder not not delivering on the amenities promised etc etc. Unfortunately, there are no upto date reports on those issues. Can anyone shed some light on their status as of now? Thanks.

i have already seen one,but i have some concerns over the socity and need to know why the resale value so low here in suncity
