We are planning to invest in Gachibowli County 6. If any one purchased the plots in this venture please share your experience. How the developments going on? Do they have required docs and approvals? I came to know that V and VI phases dont have HMDA approvals. Is it OK to buy then are they going to get approvals for sure?

Hi kanu..as far as i know both phases are approved by HMDA. I checked many websites and they say the same thing.
Hi nair, they only said that 5 and 6 phases need to get hmda approvals but they are in HUDA layout.

Hi Kanu..i heard many plots are available for sale..by the way who is the builder..?? Do you have any idea about prices of plots there..??
plz check the greencityestates.com website, the builder has good reputation but it would be better to enquire from our side too.they are charging 8000 per sft (nego).
