i have booked a flat in building number 16,in 2011,and still waiting for the possession.
Q: i have booked a flat in building number 16,in 2011,and still waiting for the possession,can some body tell me,what is the problem with this project delay.hope we get possession sooner or later,we are very very sad

My comments to replies
One of my friends had more interest in this project than others in the vicinity.. I have just seen few "affordable housing" advertisements of Euphoria on BRT bus stops. I will ask my friend if he ever got a possession of his flat & if there is any land dispute.
if you get any new details,kindly inform me.

You can go the local registrar or ward office and ask for any compensation or take legal help.. You should be compensated for all the harassment. I had heard that it will be handed over in January 2012 itself but it is taking long time..
thanks a lot.i will go to pune after 2 month,i shall look for all the ways to take possession.
