I have purchased a 2 flats in 2005 and 2008 in Pune and registered the same during the same year. Those are apartments. Unfortunately sale deed was not executed till date. For execution of sale deed, will LBT be applicable ?

Latest Answer: I would suggest you to visit the the PMC office or local ward office under whose jurisdiction your property comes and you can get all the forms and detailed procedure as per your needs.
