Q: Review about the Sai Poorna High End and Sai Poorna Premier project? also please tell me about the builder?

I have seen the model flats in Sai Poorna High end, it looks spacious and quality is also good. I want to know if any of them booked a apartment in this. I have few queries. 1. BBMP is planning to extend the road to 80 ft. If then the property will be affected. The staff said amenities will be available in the front entrance due to road extension whether it will be affected. 2. Is this project get delayed since flats in middle block, South faced and duplex are not sold. Is there any specific reason. Do we have any legal issues ? My comments to replies
I heard that the materials used in the construction are sourced from Sobha and hence quality is going to be good in its class. I liked the floor plan though the apartments in the middle block are not well laid out. Else the space is good enough.
