Buyers please careful while dealing with pride builder (Possibly avoid them), especially validate sells agreement for all clauses on quality and project dates; include penalty details for delay in project.This comment is on fact that i am experiencing. These are worst professionals I have seen ever; they don’t have any administration over project. Looks like they are newbie’s I have booked flat in horizon one year back after that no updates and no response over emails regarding status of project. After big struggle information I got from them is delayed due to high tension line going near from F block and govt stopping construction, but question comes here is, if it is genuine reason for delay why without this all NOC builder started construction.
