Hi, we have booked a flat in Meridian Garden about one and half year ago.
Q: Hi, we have booked a flat in Meridian Garden about one and half year ago. The construction of the block ‘A’ is not being progressed since then whereas developer promised for possession within one year of booking date. Could you please confirm when exactly the construction of Block ‘A’ will be over and will be able to take possession? I am wondering if anybody vising this forum has booked flat there and looking forward for it for completion or I am only the one more exited for it?

There is no update about the completion date of A block in the internet. So it is better that you should talk directly with the builder.
Hi, Builder always keep saying they will start the A block construction next month but they never progressed. It has been now two years and still no progress but in common floor website they keep updating their completion date i.e. end of current year. The time when i booked flat the completion date was showing as Dec 2012 but now completion date showing as Dec 2014. This is really frustrating. Is there anyone else booked flat in this apartment please contact me at nishukd09@gmail.com. I think we need to wake up now
