Resale property rates in koregaon park
Q: May i know what is the current rates going on in Koregaon Park North main road 7th lane for an residential appartment in an 20 year old society ? Its an around 20 year old society with basic amenities, open car parking space. Flat is having balcony in all rooms including Hall. Good carpet space.

Hello Ashok, as far as i know, for 2bhk it would be around 95 lakhs with attached bathrooms in all 3 rooms. Price for per sq ft would be around Rs. 9,845.
Thanx Mam, it is a 2BHK with balconies in all 3 rooms. 1 bathroom is attached with bedroom & 1 is not attached. Toilet / Bath is seperate in passage.
