Hi..I plan to buy a flat in a Anand Group project named "Green County" in Phursungi.
Q: It is located at around 800mtrs from SP Infocity IT park on the Pune-Saswad road. Please let me know any outstanding issues if exists in this area. Would this be a good location to buy a flat for residential purpose?

Are you looking for a flat for investment purpose or for your own use? The area is around 13 kms away from the main city so I feel it will take some time for development.
It is for my own use. This project is being built by Anand Developers. Your views would be of great help to me in making a decision
