M-sand an alternate for construction of apartments.
Q: What is the reason that the builder is using m-sand in place of river sand?

Mahima Groups is the only license holder to export river sand from Odisha state to any world safe ports (AWSP).

The builders took the decision as the price of river sand is skyrocketing and now it stands at Rs 60 for one cubic feet.
