I have also booked a flat in Isha Casblanca. About the fourth floor in question, they are in process to get it legalized. they have submitted a fresh plan to BBMP.
hey Vasanth yes I have booked apartment here and in my all legal documents Possession date claimed was june 2014 but after seeing their progress i am expecting that they will be even giving in june 2015. some thing messy about 5th floor as they are saying that they have aproval from last 8 months but till now they have not even started the construction for it and now they have started building block A and delaying the whole project. i am still looking for someone authentic who can tell me about clear possession date..
