Please be very careful with the landlord's share flats in Pariwar Presidency which are being handled by real estate agencies. It is the worst ever possible deal you can get into. They give you an option of a nice flat and give you some deduction as well also promising no extra charges. They also speak very nicely.However, once you pay the booking amount and advance, they get back to you asking for a huge amount in black money, else they ask us to cancel the deal. They don't even respond to your multiple calls. It is very irritating and annoying since you do everything waste time and money on this venture and end up with a failed cancelled deal.
