Is Shatabdhi's Magadha is a right place for long term (5 yrs) investment.

My comments to replies
Magadha is a good option for investment for long term. The residential plots offered by Magadha vary between 150 sq yards to 300 sq yards The project is also approved by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA)
HMDA is not aproved yet, they are saying they will get it in this month. and Manohar : They are saying Rs 3000 now but after getting approved by HMDA the price would go more than 3600 this wat they are saying

Magadha is situated at Kothur, near Shamshabad. The area is close proximity to NH 44 Hyderabad- Bangalore Expressway, International Airport Cargo terminals and Kothur MMTS. The price of the plots in this project ranges from Rs 4 lakhs to Rs 9 lakhs
Ramakrishna, Do you the buying plot near kottur is best option or shadnagar is the best
