Information about the project.
Q: Can anybody tell me the actual negotiated price of Woodwind project? Since I am interested in this project but little hesitated since this is first premium project of DSR.

My comments to replies
I am about to purchase a 2 BHK flat in DSR woodwinds. Builder is offering base price 4590 psft. Is it good price for the project. Also is it pre approved by HDFC Bank and / or LIC HF.
Vinay, I am also thinking of this project for myself. Did you already purchase it or still negotiating? If we can negotiate for 2 apartments, the builder may give better discounts. let me know
