Q: I am looking to buy a flat in pre-launch offer. Can wait for 2-3 years.

The project will have 195 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 BHK apartments in a single high rise tower of G+19 floors 3) Nitesh Estates is coming up with a new project called Hunter Valley. The project is spread across 21 acres of land and will offer residential apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations
