FYI.when i booked the flat last year it was told that total approved floor is till 8 , not sure how come they construct above floor without permission.we need to ask for approval letter from Builder . I send a mail to Nimisha Karia and again the same Response 'EC Meeting now been postponed till April 14'. I think it is a matter of great concern now as the date been postponed from 1 year. As per legal document , date given at the time of flat registrtaion is Dec 2014.
