MAX MARVEL PH-II has not been converted to yellow / residential zone yet, so there is no question of registration. 2day I am planning to go to the office to have a clear picture. For phase II also company is telling that conversion will be approved within Mar 2013
did you hear back on phase 2 Raja? I am in the same situation, booked a plot 2 years back and registration just keeps getting postponed!

Good news friends, 2day through Mr Venkat of Maxworth realty I came 2 know that the land for Max marvel Ph III ( Max Marvel phase II to be considered as Ph. III)has been upgraded from agricultural status to Residential status through DC conversion. I am yet to collect the DC conversion No.. If any body visits the Maxworth office pl. note down the DC conversion no.and do let all of us know
Raja - What does ph II to be considered as ph III mean? Is Ph II ready for registration yet?
