I purchased a flat in 2010. Agreement to sell was done and I paid stamop duty then. Sale deed was also done by paying 17500. However, I could not register it with the registrar office before 31 March, 2013. Still should I have to pay LBT (1%) for registration of the sale deed done before 31.3.2013?
