Q: Hi,Want to know regarding ATZ Splendor from ATZ Properties in Thanisandra. How is this project and is it worth investing for a 3 BHK in this project. Rate offered is 2950 per sqft. They have completed projects like ATZ grandeur , and Patial. Any Idea ???

All there projects are clear titles without any legal issues. If you like the location, flat and off-course price then go for it because all there current and earlier project are free from litigation.
