Information about velvet layout and chaitanya layout JP Nagar
Q: Dear sir, A real estate broker showed us sites in velvet layout and chaitanya layout in JP Nagar 8th phase. but the layouts are not listed in bda approved list. is it safe to buy property here? Thanking you, Shankar Gowda

Hi Mr. Shankar Gowda, I saw a plot in chaitanya layout. The seller said that Brooks Haven and Chaitanya layout are in same compound and have same welfare association as well, I would like to know whether you bought the property in Chaitanya layout or not, If yes, I need your advise on the same.
