VAT Charges in hyderabad
Q: Am planning to purchase a Ready to Occupy flat in Hyderabad, from Builder. Do I need to pay VAT ? If so, how much?

My comments to replies
If you are buying a flat that is already developed by a builder, there is no Service Tax or VAT involved.
But they made me to pay. It will be great if you can share the tax Clause mentioning this.
