Hi Friends I am getting mails for cancellation of my booking from Amrapali Dream Valley if I do not pay 40% amount in next few days. Currently I am not in India so have no idea on the status. Need your valuable advice, Is the project out of litigation? should I go ahead with payment. Please advice.

hi - I was there last week and just booked a unit. We do have to pay 10 + 10 + 20 = 40% within 2 weeks of booking. There is some work of foundation and 1-2 floors in place but there was not very hectic activity. The date of completion is early 2015, but it would slide to late 2015 - so be prepared.
