Today I talked with Mr. S, representative of River Builder regarding completion certificate and compounding fee. It was told that it is still in progress. However, it was added that possession and registry formalities could be completed even without completion. I'm not sure how this is being done as there was news in papers a few months back that GDA has issued advisory to revenue department to make it mandatory to get completion before registry. Recently GDA has publicized a list of status of completion certificates, compounding fee etc. Name of this builder does not appear in any of these lists. I got a call form builder 10 days back that they have paid compounding fee and have got completion certificate. Is this true?
