i want to know what is a legal way to collect common maintenance charges in apartment where max. owners owned 2 flats.
Q: In our apartment we have 14 flats, 3 floor has 4 flats and 4th floor has 2 pent house. now out of this 2 family has single flats and are single owners and one family has both 2 pent house means full floor, and rest 10 flats are owned by 5 family, they had purchased 2 flats and combined it and made only one entrance. so in our apartment totally we are 8 family.
