Any reviews about Aratt Felicita project?
Q: I'm planning to book a 3bhk in Aratt Felicita. Any reviews about the project? Also, they said it will be completed by June 2013.

My comments to replies
Hi Anil, my name is Arvind and I've already booked an apartment in Felicita. I heard that 75% of the 259 apartments were booked but I hardly come across another owner. They'd informed me that the project would be handed-over by May'13 (one-two month delay is inevitable for any project) so am guessing that by July'13 we could move in. Do let me know if you need more on the project.
hi arvind this is sujith i m planning to book a flat.. how is the quality of the project? is it a good investment? are there any schools near by?
