No power back up for flats
Q: Hi guys, While reviewing the sale agreement, I came to know that the power back is not available for the flats. It's there only for the common area things like elevators. However, they initially promised about power backup to entire flat, which is very common in gated communities. Also, they are not giving piped gas connections. Do let me know if any of you have taken flats in Jains Carlton Creek.
