Q: I have booked a 3BHK in rainbow vistas rock garden. Can any one tell about the back and value for the site and builders.

Pls go through every point mentioned in document before signing them up.....Paying the cost of flat is one but there are other cost like maintanence(expected to be high once they announce)/Powerbills/travel involved for you daily needs(5KM).... My comments to replies
pl.go through their sale agreement papers before finalising the deal as it is completely one sided and no mention of facilities which are printed on the brochure.
You see lot of gery area from this builders, I bought a Flat from here the dleivery is Far too away from what promised. This is not in Kukatpally but they call Moosapet and every need you have cost you travel for 5KM's nothing available in sarroundings.
