what are the current per sq foot rates for buying apartments in sahara grace community
Q: need a 4990sq foot lay out apartment which is semi-furnished ( wood work, AC etc).

Suni, i heard that the rates of flats in Sahara Grace is around Rs 3.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs. Im not sure about the rate per sq foot. Will let u know once i get the information.
Thanks, I am seeing the rates all over the place and wanted to know approximate prevailing rates for buying within next 6 months
