Any owner in Lodha Bellezza?
Q: If you are an owner in Lodha Bellezza, let's get together, so that we can address issues. Builders use their agreement and try to take buyers for a total ride. Project is already delayed by a year and a half, clubhouse/pool is still not ready, and they want to charge every penny of interest, while our money is lying with them for free. All buyers of this project should get together and then make sure the management does not try to take everyone for a ride, using all fine prints in the agreement. Maintenance and all is still going to be an issue, even after registration. Local management does not realize how real estate companies should behave when their project is delayed so much.

Have you already taken possession of the apartment and moved in? If so,what has been you experience? they had promised to hand over mine oRiginally in Nov 2013 and now they moved it to April 2014.
