Huge property tax by PMC
Q: Hi, I am staying in Baner, Pune in 3BHK flat. My property tax is around Rs 20,000. My builder is using borewell water for entire site and only (limited) drinking water from corporation. The club house, swimming pool and garden using recycled water (borewell). Property Tax has major portion for water, how PMC justify for such huge tax?

This is really objectionable. do you have a registered apartment association for your apartment society?
No we do not hv any registered association, hence I am investigating
