I have visited this project on 14th March 2015 and it looks they have started the construction recently or it has been stopped for long time as there were no construction activity. From the forum it looks this project was pre-launched in August 2013. The project is still in pre-launch stage but the are planning to launch the project by end of this month.
Dear Priotosh, From this discussion thread it looks the project has started since August 2013 and still there is no progress in the construction. But the price has increased from 3200 to 4800. Any idea what is the current project status?

Hi Priotosh, Did you book any apartment in this project? I can see discussions on this project since August 2013.
