NO GDA approvals for Panchsheel wellington projects
Q: I had booked a flat one year back in panchsheel wellington in Tower5 in 17th floor but up to now there is no GDA approval they got. so due to this bank loans are not processing . so please tell me when they will get GDA approval .

Latest Answer: Hey, I am facing the same issue, booked flat back in 2011.... still getting the same answer that GDA approval pending , or else if you can't wait get your money ..... they are so rude. can we get some legal help?
