Hi many builders are now a days coming up with schemes to sell their projects fast. Srushti Regency has the payment plan of 20 : 80 . in that you have to pay 20 % of the money at the booking time and rest 80% at the time of possession. This is how your EMI will start only after you will get the possession. I would suggest you to collect all the documents from the builder and engage a lawyer to do the document check and if the layer approves in that case you can buy the project without any issue.
its not about emi they are saying they will provide load without any interest......what is the advantage for builder in that...and what docs i have to ask?
