@Santosh. Its now 3 years since we have booked in the prelaunch scheme of Krupasagar. Last month the builder had called a meeting and was willing to give us the money back in installments saying that the project might be further delayed, Now i see that the Mhada rule is also removed but what about the other precautions he needs to take ........

Can you tel me what is the current property rate is going on in the locality? What is the average rate of 1BHK in that area?
1.15 is a bit too high for a property that has not even got clearances.
