I would definitely suggest to kindly lose interest in this project and other project by the richmond builder (Richmond Pride) as the builder Madhusudan holds a poor reputation in the city. His irresponsibility and lack of commitment and plan has educated people to not believe in him at all. Moreover the location of both the projects is out of Bangalore and wouldn't have resale value as well. Both the projects are already delayed by 2 years and will continue to be delayed indefintely.
