Anybody have any idea about the construction of Solacia?
Q: I recently heard a rumour that the quality of construction of Belvarkar's Solacia project is not at par with those of Karia or Kolte-Patil. Anybody have any ideas about this?

Do not know about the construction but I have read mixed review about the builder. So a bit confused..
any link about reviews regarding the builder :) is it possible to share the mixed reviews about the builder?
